Does it cost anything?
It's free, with no ads.
Do I need to sign in or register?
No.
Is my child's data uploaded?
No. All data stays on your device.
Does it work on older iPads?
It needs iPadOS 16 or later, for example iPad Pro 9.7-inch or iPad (5th generation or later).
There is no Cantonese voice. What should I do?
On your iPad, go to Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → Chinese → Cantonese and download a voice.
Do I need an Apple Pencil?
No, children can write with a finger. With an Apple Pencil you can turn on "Apple Pencil only" to stop palm touches.
Are the characters written the way schools teach?
Chinese text uses a Kai-style typeface that follows the Hong Kong Education Bureau's List of Graphemes of Commonly-Used Chinese Characters.
How do I delete my data?
Delete children, dictations or scores inside the app, or delete the app. We hold no copy, so we cannot delete or recover data for you.
